Applying for Registration in the additional Adult Care in Dental Therapy Scope of Practice
You must be registered in the general dental therapy scope of practice to apply for registration in the additional scope Adult Care in
Dental Therapy Practice (for further details of this scope, please refer to Scopes of Practice - Dental Therapists).
Application Form
Please complete form REG005, and return to the Dental Council together with the necessary
documentation and fees to commence your application for registration.
