Information about oral health practitioners who have been found guilty on disciplinary matters, where their name has not been suppressed, may be found at Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal or Dentists Disciplinary Tribunal Decisions and Orders. Practitioners are required to renew their Annual Practising Certificate in March/April of each year. Due to this process, the Practising and APC Status may not be up-to-date. Practitioners shown with 'Deemed APC' have paid for their APC, but we are still checking the paperwork associated with their application for an APC. This generally takes several days during the APC renewal period. If you are looking for details of a practitioner who does not appear in the register, or you believe that any of the information shown on the register for a practitioner is incorrect, please contact the secretariat.
